Our plated bushes are reliable in quality and the performance dimensional accuracy fully meet international standards.

We have been supplying floating bearings to Cummins Inc. for eight years. The special shear strength, pull-off strength and flexible technical indicators of the  floating bearing are in full compliance with related requirements. The company has pull-off test devices, shear strength testing instrument, flexible detection machines and other specialized equipment to ensure product quality stability. The company has also developed assembly  floating bearing to better satisfy the concept of engine bearing  flexible assembly according to the special requirements of the customer.

First,  floating bearing can be better fitted with the bearing and hence reliably used; the sub-structure of the  floating bearing make it possible to use thrust rings of different materials which makes the processing more reasonable; finally and also the most important point, the thrust rings of the  floating bearing may float axially and automatically adjust the axial clearance to accommodate the axial movement of the crankshaft, effectively compensating for machining accuracy defects of the crankshaft and bearing.

The bushings manufactured by us are mainly for hosts. The wall thickness difference of fine finishing bushings≤ 0.02mm, one-piece wall thickness difference ≤ 0.015mm, bushing wall thickness difference ≤ 0.01mm in case of special accuracy requirements. Finish machining rod bushing changes the method of pressing the bushing for processing and can be directly installed, and this method is well received by the customers. The company also provides the customers with a variety of special-shaped bush to meet the different requirements of the customers.

MGB bearing  have good early running-in ability and improved anti-seizure performance. MGB bearing  have oil storage function and help to overcome the generation of cavitations; the fatigue strength of MGB can be increased by 1.3-1.5 times compared with ordinary ones.
